HOW YOU CAN CANCEL A PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY
Please note that your credit card will only be charged once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to hold the package before it is shipped. We ship within 3 working days If you wish to cancel an order, please send an e-mail to our customer service with the subject “Cancellation” and your order number so that we can process your request correctly. Due to our fast shipping process, we cannot guarantee that every order can be canceled in time. We will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 15 days.
WE REFUND ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY RETURNED TO US
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we give you the option of returning the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged (if applicable) and suitable for resale.
